Why?
As a Company we aim to grow and develop our team through knowledge and experience so we can benefit both as an organisation and as individuals.
In order to identify aspects of the job that require attention it is best to look internally for suggestions from employees and subcontractors actually encountering issues on a day to day basis.
With that in mind we would invite you to make suggestions for training and development for the team as a whole whether that be a change to current processes or a proactive consideration for inclusion.
