Professionally qualified Engineer with the Institution of Civil Engineers highly experienced in design, assessment, asset management and inspections of variety of structures including (no exhaustive) bridges, buildings, gantries and retaining walls.
Liam has previously acted as CRE, STE2 to STE7 on various Network Rail projects.

Richard draws on his 20 years of experience delivering asset management projects including being bridge manager for a Local Authority PFI contract and managing / leading inspection on major structures including the Tay rail bridge and the Forth rail bridge.
