Last week our Specialist Access team working in conjunction with a ground team, successfully examined a masonry multi-span overbridge in Bolton.
Accessing areas over watercourses and steep embankments is part of the job to ensure a compliant and comprehensive tactile examination of a structure. The height and location of the structure was such that ground access was difficult. Our Specialist Access team also comprised of Engineers as well as STE4 examiners to ensure that all information pertaining to the integrity of the structure was gathered on site.
